Resort Booking Details

All prices are in Thai Baht
50% Deposit payment is required.
Transfer to / from Thong Sala Pier to the Resort is available at a small charge of 150 THB per person - based upon a minimum of 2 passengers per trip.
All room rates are for 2 persons excluding breakfast.
Check-out time: 11:00 hrs.
Safety deposit box is available in every room type except fan rooms - hotel safe available for the fan room guests.
There is a play area for small children within the restaurant.
WiFi has been upgraded to a high speed service. A small charge is levied for Wi-fi use.
A Baby Cot is available.

Resort Booking Restrictions

Full Moon Reservation: A minimum stay is 3 nights, and arrival date is at least 1 day before Full Moon date.
Christmas Reservation: A minimum stay is 3 nights, and arrival date is on or before the 23rd December only.
New Year Reservation: A minimum stay is 3 nights, and arrival date is on or before the 29th December only.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations can be accepted and deposits can be refunded up to 48 hours before check in (Low and High Season) and 30 days before check-in (Peak Season).

2. A full refund of the advance deposit will be made less any costs of money transfer i.e. bank charges, Paypal costs (3.4% per transaction) & so on that have been incurred. If a Paypal deposit transaction is cancelled within 60 days of the booking confirmation there are no paypal fees incurred.

3. A transfer of the booking to a later date if adequate notice is given of a cancellation can be arranged. This is subject to agreement by the resort and also availability.

4. Early check out and no shows will be charged at 100%. No refund in these circumstances.

5. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to the email address from which a booking confirmation was originally sent.
